Reservations & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your seat.
Once the trip is officially confirmed and going, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid by the final payment deadline listed for your trip.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by that date may result in losing your seat and deposit.

Before the trip is confirmed: You may cancel and receive a full refund.
After the trip is confirmed: Your deposit becomes non-refundable.
After the final payment deadline: Refunds depend on what has already been prepaid to hotels, attractions, and vendors. We’ll refund whatever can be recovered.
If Scoot Around Tours cancels a trip: You’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Seat transfers: You can transfer your seat to another person up to 7 days before departure at no extra cost.

Passengers must arrive on time for departure. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals.
Each traveler is responsible for their personal belongings. Scoot Around Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Travelers must follow all instructions from the driver and tour staff for safety.
Alcohol, drugs, and disruptive behavior are not permitted on the bus.
Children must be 7 years or older and accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated for a specific trip.

All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control.
If any attraction or stop becomes unavailable, we’ll do our best to replace it with a similar experience of equal value.
Travel times are approximate and may vary based on conditions.

Scoot Around Tours acts only as a coordinator between travelers and independent service providers (such as hotels, attractions, and transportation).
We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from events beyond our control.
All travelers participate at their own risk and agree to hold Scoot Around Tours harmless for circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By joining our tours, you grant permission for Scoot Around Tours to use photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing and social media purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
