💳 Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your seat.

• Once the trip is officially confirmed and going, that deposit is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is due by the final payment deadline listed for your trip.

📅 Cancellations

• Before the trip is confirmed: You can cancel and receive a full refund.

• After the trip is confirmed but before the final payment deadline: You may cancel and won’t owe the remaining balance, but your deposit will not be refunded.

• After the final payment deadline: Refunds depend on what has already been paid to hotels, attractions, or vendors. We’ll refund whatever we can recover.

• If Scoot Around Tours cancels the trip: You’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.

🔄 Transfers

• Can’t go? You can transfer your seat to another traveler up to 7 days before departure. Just contact us so we can update our list.
